Fourth-walling?: Surely, surely. John's going to be incredibly uncomfortable if you do, though. He has trust issues.
Hugging?: Sure. If he knows you and you're a friend, he might even initiate it.
Kissing?: Women he's pretty okay with. Blokes not so much, but I'm up for it if anyone wants to kiss him. He'll just have very different reactions depending on the circumstances and gender. (I am flexible with this in non-game settings.)
Something more intimate?: Again, women are a yes. Anything else would require some serious planning and build-up. (I am flexible with this is non-game settings.)

Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character?: He's also a doctor. So once he beats you into the ground for punching him, he can stitch you up.

And now some permissions for everyone else! John is a modern man from the year 2012 (or 2017). He's a fan of James Bond, and there's a pretty good chance he's heard of most pop culture things through osmosis.
Please let me know here if it's all right for John to have heard of your character and their canon. I will automatically assume only basic pop culture osmosis knowledge unless he's shown a canonical interest in the... other canon (e.g., James Bond).
