Yeah. The first one. I think there's a second one I haven't seen, though. [Because he's mentioned things that John has no idea about.] I just mean that he's not a bad person. Just... I dunno? ADD? He can't sit still and be quiet. He mucks around even in dangerous situations. It usually works for him.
[John's voice is quiet and calm when he speaks, but it's not actually devoid of emotion this time.]
When he scares you or hurts you too much--[when, not if]--contact me and ask if I've found the Vatican cameos near whatever the closest large building is to you. I'll find a way to come and get you out and make it look like I'm stealing you away instead of you running from him.
We can meet up with you at the shed, or maybe just around the school if you'll be in and out. I was thinking it might be good to do the same sort of thing with medical supplies. Put a cache around the new area. That's going to have the most hazards, probably.
Vatican cameos. [Usually she'd make a joke here. Or at least ask what the heck those are. But Harley restrains herself. She appreciates his concern for her, even in times when she's convinced herself it's misplaced.]
[This isn't exactly how he wanted to talk to her again. He's been biding his time, trying to figure out what to say. Well, and mostly waiting for her. John doesn't want to bother the people he traumatized.]
But you didn't, so that's good. [Baby steps, Bucky.]
And tying him up's probably for the best, but you might want to pull off the ropes pretty quickly if he's not still mad. We're all back to normal, which means he probably is, as well. How much medical attention is he going to need?
I don't know man, more than that? The side of my face is super swollen and bruised, black eye. Blurry on that side, pain when I talk? Can't touch any of it.
Disoriented, really bad headache. No nausea...yet.
Oh! And my knee is busted too. House got me there. I'm guessing a sprain, hope it's not a break. It's swollen too, kept buckling last night.
Bucky, how long d'you think it takes for those kinds of things to heal? You can't be two or three weeks away from a doctor. I'll come over there. We were gonna meet up with Royce and Alfie to grab food at the school, but I can head your ways after that.
[Which rules out the pain killers that would probably be best for the pain right at the moment.]
If you have acetaminophen, you can take that. Do not take ibuprofen or narcotics for the pain. There's a danger of excessive bleeding in places we don't want it. [Mainly Peter's brain.]
