You'll also need to make sure he's taking pain medication. He has a bottle of Vicodin that he picked up from the pharmacy. I don't like narcotics here with how this place is, but in this case, they'll be a good option.
I told Ms. Romanov that extra clothes would help, as well. His shoulder is going to need to be kept warm, protected, and clean to prevent frostbite and gangrene setting in again.
