Hello, Doctor? This is- my name's Zane Taylor. Sorry to bother you out of nowhere like this, but we just got chased by an anomaly. We made it, but my friend's hurt, and in a lot of pain. I just had to re-set his shoulder. I- I don't know, I thought maybe you could tell me if there's anything else I can do for him.

Apologies for the text. I'm with someone who's sleeping. Have you ever reset a shoulder before, Mr. Taylor? It can be a bit of trouble if you end up tearing a muscle or ligament. Have you immobilized his arm? That would be my first suggestion. If you have anything you can use as a sling, that would work best.

No problem, Doctor. I'd never reset a shoulder before, but considering he was going to try to slam it back into place himself using the wall- I hope I was the better option. It looks like the pain's starting to ease a little, from what I can tell.

I had a t-shirt that we're using to keep his arm immobilized. It hangs kind of high, but it does keep it still. Hopefully that'll work.

You were certainly the better option, Mr. Taylor, and the T-shirt should be find. He just needs to keep his arm still, even if it might be a bit uncomfortable, especially while you're traveling. Have either of you picked up any over the counter pain medications like aspirin? If not, I can prescribe a bottle for you. It usually turns up in the next house people search or the next day in the same house after I've put in the request to the Admin.

It might also help to ice the shoulder a bit. If you have and sort of plastic bag, you can pack snow into that. Or you can wet a cloth down and just set it by a window for a bit. Should act like a freezer. Snow or frozen cloth, don't apply it directly to his skin. Have some sort of material barrier.

[ This whole situation was annoying, and Sylar was starting to regret saving the scientist's life. But at least it was letting Sylar know what to do if he was in a bad way. And it might get them some medication to save for later. He figured Mohinder for one that didn't complain much. ]

It's that convenient? I wouldn't have figured. Anyway, no, we haven't found any meds at all yet. If you wouldn't mind putting in a request, I'm sure Dr. Suresh would appreciate it.

We don't have any plastic bags, but I've got some rubber gloves that might work well enough? I'll make sure it doesn't go right on his skin. I hate to make his clothes any colder, but I'm sure we can find something that'll work.

It's that convenient for now. I am trying to measure things out. Got a message from the Admin today that she's starting to run low on low-grade pain killers. Don't be sparing with the pills, especially in the early stages, but I'd say tough out any headaches if you want to use them for that later and save them for more serious injuries.

Oh geez, that doesn't sound good. We'll be careful with them. I won't mention that to Mohinder until a couple days in, or else he might not take them at all. He's entirely too considerate sometimes.
