Royce is bothering me about her too, of course. He disliked her instantly.

Of course, he did. Reckon he'll warm up to her eventually. Like a cat when you get a new person in the house.

I wouldn't count on that. She's sensitive and he's antagonistic, it's not a good combination. But whatever they've got going on, I would bet that he was the one who started it.

Well, he can deal with it, at least, if you and Claire were enjoying each other's company while you were together. So, that's something.

Here, you talk to her. How does she seem to you? Too attached? Is she going to get hurt if by some miracle we do get out of here?

She seems practical. [Like Fiona.] I don't think she'll get too attached, but you're a charmer, Mr. Solomons. Who can say?

In terms of skill set and her approach to medicine, very much. The first thing she did here was request medical supplies and checked in with the other medical professionals, myself included. She's got a big heart, but most of us in this field do. She knows how to work with what she has, rather than what she wants.

I fancy that extends to her view on relationships.

I don't think she's helpless. She does have a good head on her.

[Even if "practical" wouldn't be the first word to jump to mind.]
