Lutha, we're in a post apocalyptic hellscape where you are literally the only person who's ever given Frisk grief for what they want to be called. We might not even alive in a couple of months. Would it kill you to be kind for that long?

If we do get home, you're never going to see Frisk again. Right now, all you're doing is making things worse for them than they have to be. I don't think that's what you mean to be doing, is it?

You're the end all for them in this moment, while they're with you. I don't know what's happened to you to make you as bitter and angry as you are, but taking it all out on a little kid isn't going to make it better. I'm sure you've noticed that in the course of taking things out on them.

I would suspect Frisk is staying, though, because they feel like you need someone. That's what they do, they help people where and as they can. Even when that help isn't asked for. They're very determined and very brave. You might just see that as stubborn, but it is what it is.

I'll ask you again, how is it going to personally hurt you to call them what they'd like to be called?
